Goonbait is sexualized content most often posted in short-form meme videos as a thumbnail or a short section of the video. The content can often be easily seen and interpreted as sexual in meaning and sometimes is simply cropped off pornographic content which bypasses platform rules. It is used to grab attention and pull in a larger viewer base and it often works due to the sexual content within.
Goonbait
Goonbait (or goonbaiting) is when someone uploads content (usually videos or images) that is deliberately made or posted to be sexually suggestive in order to trigger strong sexual attention and make viewers want to masturbate or engage with it. It’s often used online to describe posts that aren’t explicit porn, but are clearly designed to provoke that kind of reaction and keep engagement high.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
