It is derived by getting Glennoned, which is the result of having a completely terrible QB ruining your season with continual screwups during a time you should be kicking ass.

gleasters

A streak of shit left in the back of the underpants. Usually caused by an overfilled colon during some type of physical activity.

After returning home from a long bike ride, Mary noticed gleasters in her panties as she was preparing to shower.

It seemed that every pair of underpants in the hamper had gleasters, making the job of laundry quite distasteful.
