ghostbating

Masturbation in plain sight, nearly undetectable to anyone, even upon closer inspection.
No one knew I was ghostbating during the commercial breaks of South Park.

Ghostcap

(v.) Ghost Capturing, or ghostcapping, is the act of capturing or denying an objective which isn't currently occupied or patrolled by the enemy team, allowing a swift, strategic, and conflict-free advantage. Common tactic used in team-based shooters such as Battlefield and Planetside, seen as the larger-scale brethren to the (in)famous Ninja Defuse.
Planetside 2:

NC Player 1: Dude, let's squad up and ghostcap the smaller Vanu facilities, those MAX spamming bastards won't see it coming!

NC Player 2: We're gonna have to do it later tonight, we'll rob them blind while they sleep like infants!

Battlefield:

MEC Player: C4 the bridge! they're bring in APCs!

US Player: Dammit, they blew up the bridge! Squad, let's cross by river and ghostcap the empty bases!

A roommate who is never at home. Pops in every now and then and grabs some of their shit, and then disappear again for an undetermined amount of time. You might also hear random noises in your house when you think you're alone, much like a ghost, but it is in fact a rare appearance by your ghostmate.
Jim: How come whenever I come over, Mike isn't home?
Adam: because he's a ghostmate. He only pops in every now and again, and each time he does, it spooks the hell out of me.

Ghostcap

A terminology used in video games that use timed objectives. It refers to the countdown-process of an objective which contributes towards the victory of one team without this team defending it.

Usually a player has to flip an objective (by standing nearby or activating it) which then triggers a countdown. If the player then decides to leave the objective the countdown of the objective is considered a ghostcap because no player is present to either flip the objective back or to defend it.

In Planetside specifically it is refereed to a base that is ticking down towards being captured without any players being present.
While looking at the map it seems a base is being captured by a ghost because the player can see it is completely empty.

It is considered as griefing because the defenders need to make the effort to visit the base to flip the point back.
Platoon Leader: Damn they are ghostcapping that base again.
