it's like aggressively but add the term ghetto. Hard to explain but, basically you use this term when someone is acting so ghetto and aggressive.

Dude 1: "hey dude did you see that girl over there?"
Dude: 2 "yeah bro, she was walking mad ghettoly, fuck."

Qualifying adjective (m, s) (specific term used by young people in a joking way);

1) It indicates a person with homiesexual attitudes.
2) Another meaning that the term can go to express is a great stupidity due to an action already carried out. (giving less importance to the actual meaning) (the second definition is used more often for girls than for boys, so as not to undermine their orientation too much but only their intelligence)
