Male origin; stealing grandmas car, thinking you want to do hoodrat things and NOT realizing that includes giving men oral sex, driving aimlessly around in your broke ass car with no window while thinking you are really tough and thumping gangster or hyphy music, wearing ridiculous clothing, i.e. anything spiderman when you are a grown ass man, mickey mouse gloves, clothing with glitter or sequin ( see also "gay"), living at grandmas house even after you stole her car. Usually broke ass black guys or white guys thinking they are broke ass black guys. Having guys in your crew named amphibous creatures, i.e. turtle

city chicken 

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
