a universal word, commonly used to referr to weed, but can be used to mean anything. can be used as a noun adjective or verb. if it is used to mean anything other than weed then it should be obvious based on the rest of the sentence.

Dude i got some sweet ass gernardo from my boy downtown yesterday and the price was pretty gernardo too.
