An effect of current international police-states, where innocent individuals are abused by police and other military organizations. Essentially, these organizations create an imagined enemy out of ordinary innocent people so that espionage and authoritarian police tactics may be practiced by those belonging to these organizations. They are legitimated as "community policing," and individually, as whatever is convincing. For example, a Christian will be told that a person being harassed is anti-Christian, those seeing police as favorable will be told a person is a subversive or criminal, etc. so that it becomes justifiable that a person is harassed and abused by these organizations. Those taking part in these activities have been brain-washed from a young age to believe that if people do not practice these techniques, society will plunge into a dreadful anarchy. Their proof usually consists of people working for these organizations committing crimes to justify pervasive "policing." In reality, real crime is never stopped nor blatant. In fact, most members who commit crimes are at some point recruited into these policing groups covertly, even while still committing crimes.
The goal is simply to have society function as a military base. Those who are not involved in these groups are easily able to see the dangers and tragedy of such a society, whereas those involved, like the Nazis who took part in war-crimes, are not.

Get the gang stalkingmug. Gang stalking is the act of large surveillance teams continuously tracking, stalking and surveilling 'Targeted Individuals' on a watchlist.
The tracking is done primarily via picking up the target's mobile phone location using cell site simulators (eg. 'stingray'). This tracking beacon is then used to auto-detect when the target is 'on the move'.
The surveillance team - 50+ in number - will then 'line the route' of the target, surveil them using covert camera's, and transmit the footage back to a control center using 5g.
The surveillance teams are in the guise of people such as taxi's drivers, joggers, cyclists etc and are rotated around the country each day so the numberplates cannot be tracked.

It's similar to Cointelpro or red squads, and it's being used on a lot of innocent people to ruin them and make them look crazy. Gang Stalking is all about government disinformation, and using civilian spies/snitches to help with stalking and monitoring innocent people.
Jim was placed under covert investigation by his employer because of his whistle-blowing. Mistakenly he termed it gang stalking, which made him sound crazy.

I experienced multiple people harrasing me in the same manner, all of them seemed to know more about me than what they ordinarily should have. I was the victim of Gang Stalking.

They build upon the backs of the KKK and Nazis. The stalkers primary attack is to attack the mental state and psyco-social reputation of the victums. Their crimes are ingenious because they are not quite thefts and not quite vandalism. While many of the perpetrators are police and firemen, the crimes they commit are so subtle and bizarre that today's unware honest citizens and crime fighting barnches of goverement that normally would care are confused and even unwittingly support the harrasment and hazing becuase the victum appears to be an enemy of the state. For example some victums are already semi-disenfranchized. And the goal is to full separte them from all support and to drive them to suicide if not outright kill them.
