An individual or a group of individuals who fumble the baggini way too often until it becomes a specific characteristic.

Oh man Americans are such fumbledinis. They literally financed the weapons of the moudjahidines so they could fight against the Soviet Union and after that the moudjahidines turned against the US and fought them with the same weapons.
