The behavior where a person becomes an expert on everything after after a few drinks often coupled with a common side effect of making stuff up and indignantly insisting on its validity.

Also: The act of getting drunk and coming up with new crap for the urban dictionary.
Get a couple of drinks in the guy and he becomes a regular bourbon fictionary.

fictionary 

A word that means absolutely nothing, and yet Brad insists that it means something. Best guess is that it means a dictionary with fictitious words. Fictionary would be included in that dictionary.
Suckadickasaurus isn't even a real word. You'd have to look in the fictionary to find it.

Words that are made up and added to Urban Dictionary yet have no real meaning or are just pieces of other words such as words beginning with a single vowels such as U or R or a combination of U R.

I couldn't remember the word for the adjective describing someone who is disposed to being silent or not speaking freely or is reserved, reluctant, or restrained. I used the rictionary at rictionary.com and discovered the word I was searching for was "reticent."

Like walking over small green hills in the countryside then coming across a purple patch of flowers, thus it being unique and out of the ordinary.
