Fazzing is intentionally leaving one or both shoes untied to show your a free-spirited person

Person A: Your shoe is untied.
Person B: I know I'm fazzing.
Person A: Wow I can tell you're free spirited.
Person A: Thats what it's all about.

fizzling

fizzling is where you are dating someone you are sick of and instead of breaking up, you become unavailable until that person stops trying to contact you. The relationship fizzles out on it's own.

I think Josh is fizzling me. I haven't talked to him in a week and he hasn't called me back.

A piece of cotton or thread that has come loose from an item of clothing and is hanging free.

Comes from fray, the edges of the clothes fray.
