it’s a strange phenomenon experienced by male surfers possessing a fully hooded penis.

When wearing a wet suit it commonly occurs during your first urination of each surf.

The foreskin will be locked or folded tightly between your wetsuit and body causing a blockage. The urine then backs up and creates a pressurised foreskin which some describe as a small water ballon, this part can cause extreme pain which is followed by a reliving seal breakage, at this point you will experience the somewhat satisfying transfer of warm urine from forey to wetsuit

While padding out for a surf with your mates, may will shout out. “Hold up boys I got a forey lock”

Stroad

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.

Did you see what the traffic engineers want to do to our street? They're going to turn it into a total stroad!
