Fomocide

1. fear of missing out can actually start to affect your brains and make it a spike with anxiety which leads into "suicide" as it kills your brain well not physical but mentally as it worses you mental health

2. regret of not taking action that eats at your brain because you wonder what could have happened if you did take that leap while seeing others succeed in or also a fear of choosing the wrong path which may cause you to lose out on opportunities that can shape your future

I’ve been dealing lately with serious fomocide lately, as I regret not taking that leap and holding myself back. Now I have to imagine what it would’ve been like if I had just take that leap.

The overwhelming feeling that the "Fear Of Missing Out" (acronym "FOMO") might actually kill you.

O'Bryan's bar studying was going fine for about 15 minutes until he got on Facebook and realized how much fun everyone was having without him. He became instantly FOMOcidal, which led to situational depression and another hour of procrastination on the internet.
