When you are in a spicy and feisty mood, you usually make poor decisions, but not always, and you may pop out somewhere like a club on a weekday because you are feeling some type of way and want to step out.
You may feel spicy and feisty (and/or spiffy) due to your appearance. It's to say, you are feeling yourself and you want to show it off somewhere, usually out and about.
