Fansign 

A sign usually made by a fan or friend that displays a person's name or nickname. Usually written on a body part (normally boobs or butt) or in a piece of paper and held next to a body part mentioned above.

Guy: Hey can you make me a fansign?

Girl: Sure!

Look at mohammad, hes wearing timberlands fubu jeans, has a "tapeup" haircut and insists on saying the "N" word to his fellow indian brethren.. Mohammad is such a fanignian.

fassignment 

Fake assignment. Usually a task given to a subordinate to meet the superiors performance mangement goals. Performing well on such a task is considered bad form by your peers. The better you perform the more of other peoples time you have wasted.

I just got another fassignment. I'm supposed to host an inclusiveness function so that my boss can check his performance mangement box for employee engagement.
