A fall down bitch is a woman that will risk the well being of herself and/or immediate family members in order to please her bae/boo; usually a gang member or aspiring rapper. A "fall down bitch" typically has no viable source of income and has two or more children all of which are supported by our tax dollars. Also lacks self-esteem.
