Foreplay on the Driveway

A phrase to describe how close a romantic couple or fling live from one another. They are in such close proximity they can have foreplay on the driveway.
He lives so close to me, we could have Foreplay on the Driveway

formal whore

A young adult, specifically a college student in a Greek organization, who attempts to get invited to as many fraternity or sorority formals (prom-like social gatherings - usually hosted at a third party venue where the organization gets really dressed up and then shitfaced with their dates) as possible. The motive for such behavior usually is due to the desire for hot facebook pictures, free alcohol, a chance to get dressed up in overpriced formal attire, a shot at getting ass, to impressive one's friends, to rebound off an x, or any other insecurity one can think of.

(Not to be confused with prom whore - one who goes to way too many proms)
Jackie is now single and because of this she has become a formal whore.

Foreclosure By Owner

A behind-on-mortgage-payments homeowner that tries to sell their own home without a real estate agent (For Sale By Owner). This is a desperate stall tactic, often the last one possible, to delay foreclosure while the homeowner finds a new place to live (parents, friends, apartment, rental housing, etc). Often the house is abandoned the same day the "For Sale By Owner" sign is placed in the yard. Observers may also notice the homeowners taking objects that would typically be left behind if they actually intended on honestly selling the home, to include fences; sink fixtures; cabinetry; exterior lighting fixtures; counter tops; and et cetera.

It becomes clear to observers that the homeowners are in no way serious about selling the home, but it is obviously a stall tactic to pilfer and move as much value out of the home before they jingle mail the mortgage company. Another clear sign is that the asking price set for the house is insane, priced unreasonably high so as to not even attract potential buyers.
Husband: Look at the Joneses... that is the 3rd sink fixture I've seen them put on the moving truck today, plus they took down the fence and left the fence posts!! I went to "ABC-fsbo.com" as listed on the sign they put in the front yard this morning and they're asking 20% more than what they paid for the place at the top of the housing bubble!! They're never going to sell in this real estate market.

Wife: Yep! This has Foreclosure By Owner written all over it.

fache-couture

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
1. That Burberry scarf is so fache-couture.
2. That purple American Apparel hoodie is so fache-couture.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.

Usage:
* Often casual, ironic, or meme-y
* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”

Notes:
Not a brand name—just shorthand for the whole GLP-1 wave. Frequently shows up in online jokes, gym talk, and group chats where people pretend they’re *totally* doing it naturally.
“I’m not dieting, I’m just on that glippy.”
“Ever since the glippy hit, food feels optional.”
“That summer body? Yeah, glippy assisted.”
