Everything's Coming Up Milhouse!

A celebratory phrase used following one, or a series of, positive, though generally insignificant event(s).

Its origin can be attributed to Milhouse, a character of television show The Simpsons, who coined the phrase in jubilation after realising the success of his flood pants to keep his cuffs bone dry.
"I left work 10 minutes early today, and I found $2 in the passenger seat of my car! Everything's coming up Milhouse!"

everything's under control

Phrase used to impart a feeling of ease onto a hectic situation. (When used in a truly hectic situation, it can often be assumed that nothing is under control at all.)
Please don't panic. Everything's under control.

Everything's coming up Milhouse

Means "Everythings going well for me". Came from the Simpsons character MilHouse when something particulary swell happened to him.
I just found 10 bucks, everything's coming up Milhouse!

Everything's Kosher

An expression applies mostly for jews, it means "its all good" or "everything's good".
It can also be stated as "its all kosher"
Greg: how you doing bro?
Jacob: everything's kosher
Greg: I'm glad to hear that its good

IT'S ALL / EVERYTHING'S RELATIVE

means that the world is in the eye of the beholder; it all depends on how you look at things; all people look at things from a different perspective and have differing opinions or views about someone, something, etc.
Everything is quantifiable in terms of individual perception.
To him, the new house is beautiful and grandiose in appearance; to me, it's ugly and pretentious. It's all relative, then, isn't it?
You think you're poor? Then take a look at the skid row bums living in the sewers downtown. Everything is relative.

everything's basically fine

A philosophical viewpoint, a sort of Western version of wu-wei, those who expound this philosophy tend to be laid back but less than productive members of society.
Person 1: "Oh no I'll never make this deadline"

Person 2: "Yeah but everything's basically fine"
