A person who has recently turned Vegan and sets on trying to convert other people to the diet, with as much effort and persistence as a religious zealot.

She's such an Evangevegan, this is the third time this week she's discussed which vegetables have the most protein

1. City rules that technically aren't laws but nothing can be done because the church says so.
2. When a person of the church does something wrong or illegal.

What do you mean the church keeps pushing bars out of this town? I can't believe this evangelegal bullshit!
