Espurr, the restraint pokemon. Capable of destroying everything of a 300 feet radius. The only way it restrains itself is by covering his upper head with its ears. Able to tell the future, its stare shows the terror it has forseen happen. Often used as comedy in social media, we are lucky we aren't close to ever see this happen.
