The combination of the concept of entropy and penises.

This can either reference (a) the entropy of a single penis or (b) many penises. And like the word entropy in physics, it can be a quantification of statistical randomness, or it can refer to a state that is high in randomness.

Penii tend to a state of high entropenis over time in an isolated system, as per the second law of thermodynamics.
