Emotional Arson: verb: creating or catalyzing a personal and/or public situation to get a specific emotional reaction from a targeted audience that creates a chain reaction does not go as calculated or grows until it exceeds manipulative control.

Emotional Arsonist :noun: A person who creates or catalyzes a personal and/or public situation to get a specific emotional reaction from a targeted audience that gets irritated when the initiated chain reaction does not go as they expected or grows until it exceeds their personal control. Emotional arsonists are most commonly seen in Propaganda Politics, Reality TV shows, Highschool and College Pranks, Social Media Trolling, Internet Bullying, and Weather Reports about Hurricane strength.
-Narcissists specialize in emotional arson.

-The biggest emotional arsonists in Hollywood have degrees in acting with a working knowledge of photoshop.
