Someone who indulges in excessive exercise so as to be able to binge and maintain a low weight. (The official medical term is anorexia athletica.)

Linda, an exerexic, who weighs 90 pounds, runs marathons daily to preempt packing on pounds from nightly pepperoni-pizza pig-outs.

someone who exercises far too much, to the point of obsession, or coupled with an eating disorder.

She can't not exercise, she has to go to the gym everyday, she's so exorexic

exerexia

The sincere and determined effort to avoid all unnecessry exercise.

I work hard enough all day. My exerexia prevents me from taking a brisk walk with my honey after work, even though my honey is a cute Beagle.
Or:
Person #1, "Do you want to go far a hike through the park when you get home?"
Person #2, "Um ,no. I have exerexia."
