The effect of one person (usually in a group of friends) who becomes depressed and passes the effect on to another person. Thusly having a "domino effect".

Tom: Will Christy just shut up with the whining?
James: I wish she would. She's really creating some dramanos lately.

dramatosis bambosis 

is a common condition among new yorkers that is characterized by excessively dramatic reactions that are disproportionate to the situation at hand. Symptoms usually include but are not limited to, strange noises in place of words(such as ugggghhhhh), rolling of the eyes and in extreme cases stomping of the feet.
Dramatosis bambosis is highly contagious and there is no known cure.

a tomatoe flies by you and your neighbor catches it and some happens to squirt on you. Someone with Dramatosis Bambosis might stand up throw a water bottle threaten to squirt ketchup and then yelp out a loud UGH and stomp away never to return to the table

A noun describing a person who thrives on anything dramatic, many times with a princess-like flair. The're known or concocting stories and orchestrating situations to justify their excessive need for the limelight and attention.

If Heather tells you something, believe less than half of it, that dramanista is always exaggerating!

That dramanista is constantly crying at parties.

Dramanoia 

An exuberant or dramatic show of awe, conviction, fervor and evangelism by people who recount tabloid-style or editorial news reports as undisputed fact. The unquestioning and devout adoption and advocacy of trending political/lifestyle attitudes obtained from popular media sources.

Bailey's dramanoia is causing her to think that all of her friends are narcissists. She seems to think she knows all about them because she watched a self-help video online.
