(DXM) or (DM)
An over-the-counter cough suppressant. When taken far above its standard medical dosage, it is a strong dissociative and psychedelic drug, used primarily by teens.

dr phil moment 

When you're casually watching Dr Phil with someone and all of a sudden Dr Phil starts going off about a bad behaviour that's totally been exhibited by the person sitting next to you - and suddenly you feel the need to jump off the couch and dance wildly because your friend's just been called out and you feel justified and authenticated.

Dr Phil says: Picking your nose is bad manners. You look over and see your friend has his fingers up his nose to the knucle - a habit which you've pointed out to your friend a dozen times, but they deny it. A dr Phil moment... justifies your position
