A word used in the tattoo community to describe one who steals other artists tattoos, flips the design and calls it there own. At times the person stealing said designs may try to be tricky, switching up the color and adding a few extra lines.

Mitch dowdell is the definition of a Fag with very large teeth. A Mitch dowdell would be considered part horse or even semi elephant with his huge teeth.
