Dowdelling

A word used in the tattoo community to describe one who steals other artists tattoos, flips the design and calls it there own. At times the person stealing said designs may try to be tricky, switching up the color and adding a few extra lines.

That's a super dope snake tattoo, I'm gonna be dowdelling that tattoo as one of my own.
That's a real nice tattoo you have to bad the guy Dowdelled the sh*t out of it.

A dowellism is any form of famous movie, tv, or song quote that is repeated numerously by someone to the point at which the quote becomes annoying.

"I'm Rick James, bitch!"

or

"My name a Borat. Very nice!"

or

"Sexual harassment...PANDA!"
