Doobadoo 

A word that knows no boundaries. It may be used to replace unknown music lyrics, to reply to a question of which the answer is unknown, or to affirm any range of emotion from sad to excited.
1. "With arms wide open, dooba doobadoo ba doo."
2. "What's her last name again?" - "Doobadoo??"
3. "So how are you feeling after that breakup?" - "Doobadoo..."

A word used to refer to a noun when the original name of the noun cannot be remembered or discovered.
Original Sentence: "Put the rod in the pipe and connect it to the connector."
Revised Sentence: "Put the doobadoo in the doobadoo and connect it to the doobadoo."

doopadoop 

Another term for a nice, round butt. Can also be a butt with nice proportions; usually referring to women in spandex. But, can also refer to men with fairly plump, perky buttcheeks.
Brandon: Hey man, look at Dave's doopadoop! He must be squattin more.

Shawn: I know. I wish my doopadoop was that perky and plump.

derived from "A Clockwork Orange," though uncertain what the definite meaning is, in the context of the movie it seems to mean something similar to "fuck it" or "forget it, let it go"

Someone who just goes through the motions of a menial task without any intential purpose or goal.
He didnt follow procedure or do his job efficiently, he was just dootadooing around. What a dootadoo.
