Doing a Mayank

To do a 'Mayank' is to attempt to complete some task given to you by outsourcing the work to somebody entirely incapable of doing the work which usually results in being found out by your peers and become known as a useless con artist.

Dave: Hey did you hear about that new developer, he got caught Doing a Mayank.
Steve: Wow really?
Dave: Totally, he gave all his work to the Ukraine
