distractivity 

Distractivity is what you’re doing when you get distracted from what you should be doing. It's generally what you want to do, often what you need to do, and arguably, what you’ll do best.
John wasn't making much progress on the company's annual report, so he welcomed the distractivity of working on his website.

disattractive 

A level of ugly beyond unattractive. If attractive is like 5 and unattractive is like 0, disattractive is like -27. It literally counteracts any arousal you may experience simply by existing.
That guy was really hot, but his friend was so disattractive that I lost girl wood immediately.

Distractivated 

Being actively distracted in such a way that it activates ideas that motivate or inspire.
Brooke- what's up Pammy? You seem distracted?
Pamela- nah brookie I'm distractivated, I just came up with a new word.

Distractivist 

Distractivist : (n.) an activist with a savior complex who invents a false narrative to create a platform to put himself or herself into the spotlight in order to gain control or power and who has no desire at all to serve the people he or she claims to represent.
The people regretted voting a distractivist into office, for they later learned he only pretended to care about them in order to get elected.
