Dirty Doner
Where a male buys a kebab containing Doner meat along with other fillings such as salad as well as sauces such as chilli sauce or garlic mayonnaise. After eating the Doner meat the male proceeds to masturbate using the kebab bread and remaining contents as a sort of crude fleshlight thus creating the "Dirty Doner".
I had a Dirty Doner last night, it was well worth it although the extra hot chilli sauce was a bad idea...
