Diplomining

In Sid Meiers Civilization 6, gathering storm, when the moari settle a coastal city right nest to 3 greek cities and their loyalty tanks. When the city goes rogue you take the 2 ironclads you happened to be moving through area and, going “why not”, take the city only to release it back to the maori. Now your ironclads are stuck there cause the city flips every 10 turns and the maori wont do anything about it, which starts bringing in the 100 diplo points from giving it back to them.

Thus, Diplomining.

“Hey man, why won’t send some of those units to help out in the war?”
“Sorry, I’m diplomining this one spanish city they settled near me.”
“Oh, alright, just make sure to help me later.”

Diplomating

Diplomating is the act of exposing yourself at a bar or other public place and claiming diplomatic immunity. This is commonly done by scummy men claiming to be diplomats.

The man was diplomating in front of us as we grabbed our drinks at the bar.
