someone who specializes in dictionaries or someone who works in a store that sells ALOT of dictionaries.

Serious Urban Dictionarian 

Someone who puts 100% serious definitions for the words that they submit, when they clearly don't understand that this is meant to be a fun website - not just a regular dictionary
