A person/persons that steals common phrases like: copyrighting the term "home grown", "urban gardening", city homesteading, etc., then tries to restrict the use of the term so it only applies to their own money making endeavor.

Horse dervees

The silly word that comes out of children's and preteen's mouths when they don't know how to pronounce 'hors d'oerves'. Can lead to some interesting converstations.
