Dopa down 

Dopa is a well known famous League player and his strongest champions are Orianna and Twisted Fate. So when someone kills a Twisted Fate they say "Dopa down". Famous streamer Tyler1 made it popular by shouting that in one of his streams.

Tyler1: I killed Twisted Fate!!! DOPA DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN!!!!

A more awesome way to say "twofer." It is often pronounced with a vaguely Spanish accent and extra long vowels (i.e. "dooooospaaara")

This definition has two examples. Dospara!!!

dopamine detox 

During a dopamine detox, a person avoids dopamine triggers for a set period of time — anywhere from an hour to several days.

The dopamine detox requires a person to avoid any kind of arousal, specifically from pleasure triggers. Anything that stimulates dopamine production is off-limits throughout the detox.

Ideally, by the end of the detox, a person will feel more centered, balanced, and less affected by their usual dopamine triggers. Allowing them to pursue their goals with minimal distraction

Rope-a-dopa 

A rope-a-dopa is a person that you would figure to be a doper but they turn out to be a respectable individual.

Etiology is taken from the word Rope-a-dope which in short means to fake someone out.

Generally occurs when you see someone who you think is going to be ghetto, hood, white trash, or a loser and they turn out to be pretty decent, polite, well spoken, and/or professional.

Example: Guy A - "So, you're telling me Tim Lincecaum isn't a pothead and a loser?"

Guy B - "No man. He just has long hair so he kind of looks like a doper"

Guy A - "Man, that fool is a rope-a-dopa!"
