Cyber Czar

The dude who will coordinate the nation's efforts to protect government and private computer systems from hackers, criminal gangs, terrorists and spies.

This czar will report to both the national security adviser and the head of the National Economic Council.

This particular czar has been created by the Obama administration in 2009.

Paul: Wow, ever since this conficker scare, the government has been upping up it's computer securities.
Adam: Yeah, it's big government, too. Obamas making arbitrary posts and wasting money.
Paul: Anything to keep his blackberry safe i guess...
Adam: That's why He can appoint a Cyber Czar

Somebody who is paid to stare at the Checkpoint Live Cyber Threat Map and declares war on Belgium when they see them attacking The Virgin Islands.

An absolute legend will explain to them what a VPN is and save the world from WWIII.

Dude1: "Who is that over there?"
Dude2: "That's an absolute legend. That is Cyber Czar!"

Cybercarious

Living vicariously through the internet - as opposed to living an organic life.

Portmanteau neologism of “CYBER” (as in cyberspace) and “VICARIOUS”.

Including (but not limited to) Social Media, E-mail, IM, Texting, Sexting, Tweeting, Forum posting, LOL cating, In boxing, Online games, Internet porn, Second life-ing, Farmville-ing, Online gambling, Posting comments on blogs and news sites, Thumbs upping (or downing), E-baying – well, you get the idea.

Wendy's cybercarious life consisted of following 324 celebrities on twitter, 2500 "friends" on Facebook, and a second life avatar named Fiona.
