A person who uses illegal controlled substance routinely that can be.found in the wee hours of the morning seeking drugs. An addict out at the crack of dawn.

There’s definitely someone doing a drug deal in front of it, and people having unprotected sex in the shit stained bathroom stall, and in that bathroom, there is no mirrors or paper towel dispensers because people stole them all.
