adjective: to explain a very sarcastic attitude towards somebody or something, an over the top attitude used to insult someone with sarcasm.

coxian rant

1. A long, detailed sarcastic rant used with the intent to insult the recipient. Such as used by Dr. Cox on the TV show Scrubs.

2. A sarcastic rant that is so long the recipient may lose interest and leave before it completes.
Person 1: Do you want me to list everything that I'd a higher priority than your request? *proceeds to list everything on their desk, open tab, and random things they saw on a TV show.

Recipient: Look, I don't have time for your Coxian Rant. You could have just said 'no'.
