When haven't seen the person that you are dating in over a month due to social distancing from Covid-19 but then realize you are likely getting dumped. Also see COVID-cuffed because I suppose opposite could work too.
When he hadn't been out in over 14 days, seen her in over three weeks and said he felt like he might be getting sick so should stay home, she realized she was being covidumped.

abandonware 

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.
