Cousma/Couspa 

A grandmother or grandfather on one side of a family to a cousin on the other side of the family. Or both grandparents can be "cousparents".
My grandmother and grandfather on my father's side of the family to my cousin on my mother's side of the family would be my cousin's cousma/couspa. OR my grandmother and my grandfather on my mother's side of the family to my cousin on my father's side of the family.
