Congrogative

Congrogative when you are unsure or about to say "yes" or "no" to someone or something,
but the answer to "yes or no" can be found in the way a person tones their voice.

If the person has a angry tone then the answer will be “no” even if they say yes

If the person has a happy tone then the answer will be “yes” even if they say no.

Or if the person near you is named James with the last name starting with "M" then they will make the decision for you.

an example Is when a person e.g. named Olivia or someone else is trying to make a decision about something and another person comes up to Olivia and says “are you sure about that” and she would say “yes or no”.
Then the person would say “are you positive about this” and she would say “yes or no”
Then the other person would say “are you negative” and she would say “yes or no”.

Then the person would say “are you Congrogative” and she would say “yes or no to this”
But if she says yes to all of the options including being Congrogative but say yes in a negative tone of voice then it really means no.
