Slang in reference to the sport soccer -or "football," as it's commonly refered to in all parts of the world that aren't America- it insinuates that the sport is only meant to be played by commies.

Serial hi-rise public housing, usually tall or mid-tall concrete building that has identical buildings around it built in a cluster. Invented by communist or socialist governments to provide fast and cheap housing for its citizens. Most of them are in Europe, especially eastern Europe to provide the bulk of public housing. Some of American projects are in fact commieblocks. SOME modern or a little bit renewed commieblocks are usually clean, can be comfortable and those successful commieblocks is a proof that public housing can somewhat work

Rare in Western countries, but some of American "projects" are in fact commieblocks. Modern commieblocks are very clean, comfortable and prove to be excellent housing type with many advantages over urban sprawl.
