In China, there is a famous word "color wolf" to describe someone who is lustful. The word "goat" would probably be the nearest English translation. The predatory nature of the wolf is implied.

Reference is used at the club when a black person coon is preying on a vulnerable drunk little white girl, also could be known as a straggler. The big bad wolf is creeping waiting till the end of the night when the little white girl is all alone and too drunk at the club to know where she's at to make his move and scoop her up.
