A virus that drains the victims IQ level to a very low level and shrinks and smoothens the brain, it can also turn skin pale white and largen the lips, it changes the hair colour to a bright blue and largens the nose, turning it bright red, it can develop blue around the eyes and that's all I guess.

Cognification
