Due to the fact that he can say no words but "um", the history of Chubbycheeks is clouded in mysteries. What is known, however, is that he currently operates the Chubby Café in The Place, a spot which is frequented by all the citizens. All other information remains unclear, although it has been established that his cheeks are strangely chubby. Go figure.
