Chiveyo means to over think something to the point of stupidity. The idividual can be one of the smartest people you know but they can over think it to the point they are useless like on a test or a hard work. It mostly happends when the person forgets an important part at what he had already learned

You need to relax your being a chiveyo.

A person who is a fan or fanatic of the Mexican soccer team las Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara. Someone who is proud to say he/she loves the Chivas and will be his/her team until the day he/she dies.
