A type of person or state of mind especially found common on the internet and typical to the Gacha community & other fandoms using acronyms, intentional incorrect grammar, and is a simple word describing someone who uses "Internet/Meme language".

(Ex: owo, "wut" "?" "sksksk" "tsk tsk tsk" "and I oop--" "oof" "exqueeze me?")
