chicken louie

mostly used to replace the word, i guess, in a fun way. Can be used to express anger, sadness, happiness or any emotion involving confusion or tiredness.

my friend: hey, do you want some beans?
me:chicken louie. (meaning, i guess)
my friend: cool beans
or
my mom: are you okay?
me: chicken louie. (meaning anything you want it to mean)
