A spin off the unisex name 'Cameron'. Often given to them as a sign of strength, and pure coolness.

Man 1: "Who's that guy hitting on all those women?"

Man 2: "Oh thats Cameron, or should i say 'Cazamataz'."

2) To improve something through subtle or mysterious ways.
