Canola girl is someone who’s preaching a healthy diet despite knowing nothing about nutrition. They usually shop at Whole Foods and base their meals on Instagram influencer aesthetics. They would avoid regular products like canola oil or white sugar and replace them with fancy alternatives like avocado oil and brown sugar to pretend they are better than everyone else. They would critique you for eating deep-fried food but can go through three large Starbucks lattes a day and get blackout drunk on the Weekend.
