A colloquial American English term for being inebriated.

Dak- Yoo, are you going over to the frat tonight?
Neil- Yeah man I'm going to get cakesauced af.

cakesauce 

Used to define something that tends to be very easy. Sauce is the suffix. Usually if something is cake it is easy and you just add sauce to it for flavor.

Person 1: Man I owned that test
Person 2: That shit musta been cakesauce.

Cakefaced 

When you are extremely high off weed.

Or the equivalent of being shitfaced drunk but with weed.

Jacob is cakefaced off the moonrock right now.
