Can also be used when one is extremely apathetic or just does not care and feels extremely terrible.

When a girlfriend gets pregnant, the man in the relationship has perfect reasoning to say bwamp.

Bampf is the sound that an old school SONY TV makes as it turns on. Once you have noted the sound you will begin to incorporate it as part of your vernacular. Once the word has taken hold it can be used ad nauseum. Can be used to replace almost any word.
Can be used to end a conversation.
